   Joseph has had problems since Joe had an unexpected hospitalization about a year ago. He started with sleep issues then and even has seen a psychologist for it.
   
   It is a struggle. I worry about him, but things are getting a little better. I guess he is just my sensitive child.
   
   How are things for you?
